Doing The Right Things
You MUST change your thinking. You may think it's not going to get any better. However, it will.
So, STOP thinking "I'll never get better."
Instead, say to yourself, "I am getting healed more and more each day."
Get rid of Crohn's Disease signs and symptoms. The right way. Working together with your body.
And remember, you must treat your body with dignity and respect. Do 
everything you possibly can by putting the best food into it.
That way, you will know, it will run right.
Remember, the body has an insane amount of memory.
And believe it or not stress can KILL or cause the body to produce HARMFULL DISEASES, one of which is Crohn's Disease.
When I was younger, I thought hard about this disease.
Why was it attacking me?
Was I doing the right things to my body in order for it to work right?
I did a lot of research to determine if there was some aspect of my health that I was violating.
I really didn't think that I was.
Now that I look back on it, when I was a child I was extremely stressed out.
Special Level Of Stress Management
There was a great deal of stress in my home life that played a major role in my battle with Crohn's Disease.
Sometimes the stress was so unbearable that my stomach would hurt so bad.
You know what I am talking about, so it is vital to maintain a special level of stress management in your life.
Stop the stomach aches now.
You have the power to do it. 
Be it music, walking, a sport, or in the company of animals.
Sometimes it's better to excuse yourself from the chaos that surrounds you and take a break.
Some place where it's quiet and you can get away to relax, whatever seems to make the difference in your life, apply that positive activity.
A Very Important Thing
We as humans cannot put just anything…we want to…inside our stomachs.
A price has to be paid as a result of abusing the body.
This is a fact.
For example, as time has moved forward to the new thousand year period, animal foods are becoming more and more unfit for human consumption.
So many news reports are coming out about mad-cow disease in beef, salmonella in poutry, mercury levels in fish and on and on.
You see, education and focus on putting the highest levels 
of nutrition into your body must be maintained at all times.
And this is what the Vegan Diet has done for me.
Please remember this one sentence. . . .
Crohn's Disease is NOT permanent.
You can. . . .and will. . . .get rid of it.
This seems to be the key factor that I discovered over the fifty years of my life.
When you keep your eyes on WHAT will make your body work RIGHT, half of the battle is won.
I mean, as far as disease, colds, down time from being overworked or whatever you do to yourself through many activities.
Bottom line, is that we need to take care of ourselves. Listen to your body. It talks to you on a regular basis.
When you pay attention to it, you will know what to do. It worked for me, it will work for you.
